- The video must clearly show the process of opening the package, with a close-up of the product to confirm its condition at the time of unboxing.
If we do not receive a parcel opening video or if the video does not meet the requirements, we may not be able to process your refund or claim.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the required video proof, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 7-9 working days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to place your order.
